Last Updated: September 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nationwide Advance (“Nationwide Advance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit nationwideadvance.com, submit an application or form, or communicate with us (together, the “Services”). It is part of our Terms & Conditions. By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Nationwide Advance is a commercial financing broker. We are not a lender. To help your business find financing, we share the information you submit with third-party funding providers (“Funders”), as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you apply, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Business information: legal business name and DBA, address, EIN, industry, time in business, revenue, ownership, and existing financing.
  • Owner and guarantor information: name, home address, date of birth, Social Security number, ownership percentage, and signature.
  • Financial documents: bank statements, processing statements, tax returns, and other documents you upload or authorize us to obtain.
  • Communications: records of your calls, texts, emails, and chats with us, including your consent to receive communications.

Information from third parties. With your authorization, we and Funders may obtain business and personal credit reports, public records (such as UCC filings, liens, and judgments), and identity and bank-account verification data. We may also receive information from lead sources and marketing partners.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, the ad that brought you to the Site, and similar usage data, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 5).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • evaluate your business’s financing needs and match you with Funders;
  • submit your application to Funders and communicate with you about offers, documents, and status;
  • verify identity and information, and prevent fraud;
  • contact you by phone, text, and email, including marketing, as you have consented (see Section 4);
  • run, secure, analyze, and improve the Site and Services;
  • measure and improve our advertising;
  • comply with law, respond to legal process, and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

  • Funders. We share your application, documents, and related information with Funders and their agents so they can evaluate, offer, underwrite, and service financing for your business. Each Funder uses your information under its own privacy policy.
  • Credit bureaus and verification providers, to obtain the reports and verifications you authorize.
  • Service providers that work for us, such as CRM, hosting, document storage, e-signature, texting, email, analytics, and advertising vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive device, usage, and event information (for example, that a form was submitted) through pixels and server-side tools to measure and optimize our ads. Contact details sent this way are encrypted or hashed where the platform supports it.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, subpoenas, or court orders; to protect our rights, property, or safety or those of others; and to detect and prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Text Messages and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your application and our Services, including marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or reply HELP for help or email admin@nationwideadvance.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

5. Cookies, Pixels, and Tracking

We use cookies, pixels (including the Meta Pixel), server-side event tools, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and personalize advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can adjust ad preferences in your Meta and other platform account settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without cookies.

Do Not Track. Your browser may send “Do Not Track” signals. The Site does not currently respond to them, because there is no industry standard for how to do so.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including sensitive information such as Social Security numbers and bank account data, consistent with applicable law, including the New York SHIELD Act. Access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to arrange and document financing, resolve disputes, comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations, and enforce our agreements. After that, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your Choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
  • Calls: ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list, or email admin@nationwideadvance.com.

We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep information we are legally required or permitted to retain. Information already shared with a Funder is held under that Funder’s privacy policy, and you may need to contact the Funder directly.
